QuickDown is a free file hosting platform that allows registered users to upload, store, and share files via unique short links. The Service is provided free of charge. You retain full ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant QuickDown a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and serve the content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your files.

QuickDown provides file hosting on a "best effort" basis. We are not liable for any data loss, whether due to hardware failure, software bugs, security incidents, or service discontinuation. Do not use QuickDown as your sole backup solution. We recommend maintaining your own copies of any files you upload.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QuickDown, its operators, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed €50.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on QuickDown infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice to dmca@quickdown.nl including: (a) identification of the work, (b) identification of the infringing material and its URL, (c) your contact information, and (d) a statement of good faith belief. We will respond within 5 business days.
The Service is provided free of charge. We make no guarantees of uptime, performance, or continued availability. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We may discontinue the Service entirely with 30 days' notice where reasonably possible.
To keep QuickDown free and to prevent the anonymous upload of illegal or harmful content, we block connections from VPNs, proxies, Tor exit nodes, and datacenter IP ranges. By using our service, you acknowledge and accept this measure.
This policy exists to ensure that users can be held accountable for uploaded content, and to support our ability to cooperate with law enforcement where required. Users who trigger a false VPN detection may contact abuse@quickdown.nl to request a review.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email or by displaying a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
